I give consent that any and all photographs and any other audio/visual materials provided by me to California Volunteers Fund for the Summer of Service Creator Contest can be used in the promotion of California Service Corps (or other programs associated with California Volunteers), through print, radio, TV, web, and/or social media platforms. By submitting any audio/visual materials to this contest, I grant California Service Corps a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide irrevocable license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of these audio/visual materials I waive the right to compensation or other royalties for the use of all provided materials to California Service Corps, including California Volunteers. I agree that California Service Corps (or other programs associated with California Volunteers) may use, edit or otherwise alter all provided photos and videos at their sole discretion for use in whole or in part for any and all media and/or exhibition purposes in any manner or media, in perpetuity.
